This particular business owner had demonstrated a knack for design and had invested hundreds of hours building her own website.  Despite paying a large build fee and an exorbitant monthly fee, her website was NOT mobile friendly and had a nasty “Not Secure” sign hanging on the Address Bar.   Since she was fond of her design, and simply wanted to get more bang for her buck, we were able to bring over her original design, make the site mobile friendly, add an online chat feature as well add some pizzazz with animation flowing throughout the site to keep the visitor engaged!
